Schefflera, commonly known as the umbrella plant, is a popular houseplant loved for its easy-care nature and distinctive foliage. Its glossy leaves grow in clusters that radiate outward like the spokes of an umbrella, creating a lively, textured look that adds interest to any indoor space. WATERING
When should I water my Schefflera?
To see if your plant needs water, stick your finger about an inch down into the soil. If the soil feels dry, water. Do not water if the soil feels moist. Unsure? Check again in a few days.
Never mist your foliage. Misting leaves causes fungal issues and disease. The only plants that are okay to mist are ferns and carnivorous plants.

Thrives in medium indirect light.
GROWTH
May grow 8-10 ft. tall.
SOIL NEEDS
Prefers a slightly moist well-drained soil mix.
TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY
Prefers high humidity and adapts well to normal household temperatures.
FERTILIZING
Fertilize March through October with an all-purpose houseplant food. Prune as needed. To help it grow optimally and evenly, occasionally dust the leaves, and rotate the pot by a ¼ turn once a month.
