We are so confident in the quality of our plants that we guarantee them!

All guarantees exclude Red Tag, Clearance, and any delivery and installation service charges.

Houseplant & Annuals 30-Day Guarantee

All houseplants and annuals fall under our 30-day guarantee. The guarantee applies to in-store and online purchases within the first 30 days. Just bring your plant into the store for a replacement or refund. 

Select outdoor plants have a further guarantee as outlined below.

Tree & Shrub One Year Guarantee

For all winter-hardy trees and shrubs planted in the ground, a store credit will be issued for the price you paid for the plant.

Tree & Shrub Two Year Extended Guarantee

For all trees and shrubs planted in the ground by Hicks Nurseries, a one-time replacement, at similar value, will be installed according to individual circumstances.

In-Season Guarantee

Roses and perennials are guaranteed until November 1st of the same year purchased.
