We are thrilled to share with you our 26th annual Flower & Garden Show. The theme this year is “Gardens of America.” Visitors to the show will discover gardens that celebrate the unique landscapes of the United States. The show, which runs March 3-20, 2016, is free and indoors. It is open Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday-Sunday 8am-8pm.
Garden displays will include:
The “Southeast Garden” pays tribute to the lush, tropical romance that can be found in the city of New Orleans. A balconied building canopied with Boston ferns and hanging Spanish moss sets the scene. Towering palm trees and colorful foliage plants surround a courtyard that features a grand fountain. Stroll through this garden and embrace the charm of the south.
The “Pacific Northwest Garden” is centered around a towering waterfall flanked with tall evergreen trees. The restful design also features a contemplative Zen garden you can recreate in your own backyard. The artistic influence of the Seattle area is also reflected in this amazing garden.
The “Southwest Garden” showcases a stone fire pit and rustic arbor. Beautiful drought-resistant succulent plants, which are perfect for hot, dry areas provide just the right amount of texture and color.
Feel at home as you stroll through the “Northeast Garden.” This familiar presentation is bursting with colorful annuals and perennials which surround a cedar shingled cottage.
During the 2016 Flower & Garden Show, we will feature more than 20 free seminars about popular gardening concepts including organic lawn care, container gardening, pruning and more.
