• Your Gardener’s AdvantageTM card must be presented each time you shop to be eligible for all program benefits.
• Gardener’s Advantage discounts may not be combined with other sales and promotions.
• Customers must make at least one purchase each calendar year in order to be eligible for all program benefits.
• Savings points balance do not roll over from year to year.  Issuance of savings certificate clears current points balance
• Returns reduce savings points balance
• Cardholders have no vested interest in the program benefits and Hicks Nurseries, Inc., reserves the right to alter, limit or modify the program, or to eminate the program, at anytime without notice.
